Lannan Legal PLLC launched on January 11, 2011. During the past 15 years, most of our clients have been businesses larger than our own—some much larger. In some waters, a large vessel is best guided by a small one. Small vessels are nimble. They can start, stop and change directions quickly. Their course is limited by fewer conflicts, and they aren’t weighed down by bureaucracy or heavy crew quarters. They run on less fuel. And the person at the helm is usually a captain who’s been at sea many years and owns the boat.
